Planning for our future
For several decades, Boardroom Consultants has been a recognized leader in director recruitment and board services. We’ve successfully completed literally hundreds of assignments for boards and played a guiding role in helping many of our clients plan and carry out smooth and successful transitions from one era into the next.
Now we are applying that expertise to planning for our own future.
We are pleased to announce that we have joined forces with Slayton Search Partners, adding our special skills in serving the needs of boards to Slayton’s impressive capabilities in executive search. By doing so, we’re building a solid foundation on which to maintain Boardroom Consultants as the preeminent firm in our field and, in fact, to reach new levels of capability, energy and performance.
We chose Slayton as our partner for many reasons. Our firms have a shared philosophy and approach to our work. Both firms are experts in helping clients build high-performance leadership. And, importantly, we both recognize that the traditional large search model for our business is no longer adequate to deliver the results our clients need, expect and deserve.
